Simon Rules!

I live in Colorado with my wife, which is by the Rocky Mountains in the USA. We’re one mile up so there’s not much air here! The first time I came I tried to run and bike as normal and usually ended up on the floor gasping for air.

My best friend is my wife, Amber. I met her seven years ago now but back then Amber was going to a different college and it just wasn’t the right time for us to be together. We saw each other a couple of times over the next few years and somehow managed to work in the same student organisation, AIESEC, at different times, and also to meet the same friends.

I’m originally from England. I ended up here after taking part in an exchange programme at UEA where I spent the second year of my degree in the States at CU. I lived in Boulder from 1999-2000 and then moved back to England to complete my degree. After getting stuck in a crappy job, I decided I wanted to get a Masters, so I moved back to the USA in 2002 and I’ve been here ever since.
